Easy Sunday

Mom and Dad left us on Friday and this is what they found when they got home last night. All three of us sitting by empty bowls. We were not amused!

Thankful Thursday

We are thankful that the heat may be breaking. We heard thunder boomers in the night, but can not tell if it rained. It is so hot and dry that we are under water restrictions and energy conservation. We turn off as many lights as we can in the afternoon.

Hat Day

Today has been designates as 'Hat Day' . WE are showing our support for Sammy, Andy, and Shelly (SAS) and their Mom Judi. She and her family have landed some hard times and could use all the love and support that we can give them.


Mom Judi has hatted many kitties and woofies in the blofosphere.

Since we do not get many comments, Mom decided not to do the comment-a-thon. She has bid on some neat things on the auction, though!

The Grande Dame has her wings

We are so very sad this evening. We learned that the Grande Dame of the Cat Blogosphere, Misses Peach has received her wings. Soft white dainty feathers edged in silver and gold. She has joined her beloved Mickey at the bridge.

We have followed her blog Misses Peach's Meowz, for years. We knew she was failing and that this was coming, but there is no way to prepare for this loss. We are sending love and purrs to her Mommy, Lapdaddy, Cole and Miss Hunny Bunny. We will miss you sweet Peach!

We are also very sad about Beignet at Sweet Purrfections. . He is so sweet and tiny. Mom Paula is heart broken as we all are.


He will have a second surgery tomorrow and needs purrs and purrayers.

Mom Paula is heartbroken that he will not be coming home with Truffle.

This was Angels secret hideout for a long time. Mac has discovered it and taken over!

Happy Birthday Angel!

Today I am 4! I am having a party so come on over! We have lots of food, like real live deaded Shrimp, tuna, beef and Chic-hen! Plenty of Party Mix and Temptations and Greenies! Good fresh water, milk and adult cat beverages!

Mom has set up the tent and the trackball and brought out all of the toys.

Please come have fun with me and my brothers!

Easy Sunday

Mom spent all day Friday and Saturday at the quilt show. Granddaughter entered her bluebonnet quilt.


Here is her Third place ribbon!


Kirby is trying to talk me into hanging it behind the Quilt box that he is so easy on.

Wordless Wednesday

World Cat Day

Today for World Cat Day, we are keeping our outside kitties in our prayers. They have suffered through below freezing and above 100 degree weather this year. Mom would bring Gray Kitty in, but she is afraid that Black kitty would disappear. They seem to be siblings, or house mates that have been deserted.


Gray Kitty loves to be petted, now. it has taken a year to get this close to her.


As you can see Black Kitty is still very timid. He will stay on the patio when Mom goes out but goes around the corner of the house when Dad goes out!
