Kirby is watching to make sure the flashy box does not wake up Angel! This is as close as we ever get.

Wonders of Wednesday

This is Kirby. Sweet, smart, full of mischief, smart, nosey, hyperactive, playful, smart.


This is the cat door into the garage. It is set to be a one way portal. We let the cats out and they can let themselves back in.


This is Kirby in the garage.

When Kirby wants out he sits by the back door and ask to be let out. If that does not get our attention, he stands up and pats the knob to rattle it. If that still does not get the response he wants, he starts popping cabinet doors. He can get them open a little and then let them bang shut.

He has sat at the cat door waiting for Angel to come in and will either block the door so she can not come in or try to slip out while she has the flap up.

Yesterday he started pawing at the flap.He was getting a good bounce on it. Then I heard it slap shut. I got up to let him out and he was not in the laundry room waiting.

He has figured out how to hook his claws in the edge and open it to let himself out.

At first we thought is was a fluke, but he repeated it later in the day.

I have tried to get video of him patting the door now and of him opening the flap, but he sees us coming and stops to wait for the door to be opened.

Secret Paws!

We got our Secret Paws package today! Mac and Angel check it out. Our package was sent to us and packed by Darling Millie and her Mom .


Angel read the card to the boys.

There was Chicken Tempetations, Chicken Indoor Adventures, Jingle balls , a nip mouse and nip sachets!


Kirby was checking out the tissue paper and Mac was checking what was in the box.

This is just a few pictures of the fun. Kirby and Angel were rolling all over the place with the nip sachets. at one time Kirby had claws from three different pars snagged it his! Mac licked and rubbed his face on his! It is so fun to se senior Mac playing like a youngster. He was tossing the nip mouse up and batting it around. Those pictures are on Dad's camera and Mom will post some of them later this week.

Millie's Mom made the nip sachets and also included some Truffles for Mom and Dad!

Thank you Milly ans Lynn! We loved the package and all the presents! We really love the nip sachets!

Getting ready for Christmas

Mom has been at the sewing machine again. She is making pot holders/mits.

Kirby is helping with Quality Control

Strange, they all have kitties on them. Mom did make one with doggies but she gave it ti her sewing friend before she got a picture if it! We think she will be making a lot of these later in the week!
