New Dish Washer and felling better!

Angel: When the Man came in to put in the new machine, we were locked in the bedroom cause he propped the door open and we might have gone exploring! He did not make a lot of noise and we did not get scared. When Mom let us out, Kirby ran out to see what had changed. I slunk out just to make sure we were alone! When Dad got home, they watched teh DVD to learn how to use it. Then they loaded the dishes in it and made it go! They could not hear any thing! OH, NO! Is it working? They opened the door and steam came out an it had water in it! They were amazed at how quite it was. Mom can sit in the kitchen and Sew or blog and still hear the TV over it. That did not happen with the old one. Mom made Dad run it when he went to bed cause it was so
loud!

Kirby: Before they put dishes in it, they opened it up so we could inspect it.

I turned on the laser lights so Angel could see better! Mom says I am feeling better. I raced ( chased) Angel down the hall to bed last night. I snuggled up to Mom on the bed and slept by her most of the night. I don't usually do that! Then I cuddled up next to Angel and did not Try to sit on her or wrassle! Dad even saw us touching paws ans noses this morning! I even talked last night and I have not felt like talking all week!

Mom: It always amazes me how a trip to the vet improves our social skills. Angel went in last month for her yearly checkup and then Kirby this month. Both have been more social and cuddly. Kirby is not sneezing as much ans has not had any wheezing and gasping for breath since late yesterday evening, no runny eyes or nose bubbles. He is eating and drinking and seems to feel better!

Thanks to all who sent purrs and well wishes!

We got a quiet dishwasher last year. It is much nicer than that old loud one that didn't clean very well.

Hooray for no nose bubbles! We are very glad you are feeling better, Kirby!

wow! you got to inspect the dishwasher?!? I'm not allowed cause ours isn't new...or clean. I'll bet that was fun!

I'm very glad you're both feeling better. It is also nice your're getting along! It took me a long time to appreciate snuggling with my mommy, but now I can't live without it!

So glad to hear that you're feeling better, Kirby! Those nose bubbles can really scare a mom. It's neat that you both were able to give the new dishwasher the paw of approval from the inside.

I'm sure glad you're feelin' chipper again, Kirby! Did you try some dishwasher water? Sassy the Nose drinks the water out of the dishwasher when the SK's mom is loading it-I think it's gross.

Kirby, we are so glad you're doing better!
Mom had to laugh at the idea of a dish-washer being delivered with an explanatory dvd. Here in Germany they throw in a complicated written manual and run out saying 'good luck'! ; )
Cool that the new machine is so silent!

That's good news all around. We're glad that you like your new dishwasher, and got to inspect it. Also glad for you not to have nose bubbles, we know those can be embarrassing.

Yippee for disappeared nose bubbles! I had those a couple of weeks ago - so annoying.

The only dishwasher we have right now is my mom - and sometimes she makes loud noises.

Purrs,
Rocky

I'm glad to hear you're feeling better, Kirby. It's never fun being sick.

We got a new dishwaher also when we first moved into our new house. The same rules applied as at your house. It's great when you can quiet your house and make it more peaceful.

So glad you are feeling betters! Our dishwasher is only a few years old, but it keeps getting louder. We don't like that!

Since our mom never got any footage of Sylvester before he died in 07 she is always shoving that camera in our faces and making lots of movies.

Have a great weekend.
