Very quiet Monday

It is so quite here today and the house seems empty!
This is what we sat yesterday that caused this!

All loaded and ready to go. The car is not as full as it was when Mom brought them home cause she had all of her junk...I mean bags and sewing thing in there, too!

All three of the older boys are tall and thin and the younger two are growing taller every time Mom sees them.


Mom had a hard time getting up this morning. With the boys gone she did not know what to do!

Last week they went to see 'How to Train Your Dragon' and 'Despicable Me'. They went to a place caused Amazing Jake's and drove go carts, bumper cars and played a lot of Laser Tag and video games. The Granddaughter bean went with them to this activity. Then they went to the pool and went down a really big slide.

We really enjoyed having them here. We got in their sleeping bags and suitcases. We all let them touch us. But best of all, they played with us! We are missing them too!

Mom? Can they come back soon?

Mom is home!

Mom was gone for a week. This is who she went to see!

She came home and brought house guests. Not two or three like last year! She brought 5 boys home for us to play with.

Mac: They are OK. I have let most of them touch me!
Kirby: They are fun. the littler one will pull a string for us to chase!
Angel: I am still very shy and lady like! I have let the oldest one touch me! I am not sure they came to play with us!

Quilting Wednesday

Mom can quilt but not blog? Go figure. Angle is laying on the project so Mom can not sew so she is posting this! It worked!

Easy like SUnday evening

Mom has been lazy all week. Just siting on the couch with her foot propped up! SHe has visited a lot of blogs but did not always leave comments! What is up with that? She does not type with her foot!

Happy Father's Day, yesterday!

We did not get to post yesterday cause Mom was tired and her foot hurt.

Mom here: My sister can not believe the tales we are telling on Mac. Especially this one so we took pictures to send her. Mac was not a lap kitty and was a picky eater and did not play. We cannot get him full and he and Kirby are playing chase as I create this post!

I had a great time at my High school reunion. we did not get any pictures because we were having so much fun. My best friend that had never been to reunion was there. We had lost touch, but have corrected that!

On Friday morning, I was going out to feed the outside kitty and hurt my foot. The back door sticks because of foundation problems so I was pulling with all my weight when it gave way and opened. Unfortunately, I was wearing house slippers, and the door slammed onto my big toe! I stood and walked a lot on Friday and Saturday so it is still swollen and hurts. I may have to go have it X-rayed.

I think it looks worse today!
